Travers Smith promotes Elena Rowlands to Tax Partner

Travers Smith has promoted Elena Rowlands to Tax Partner, with effect from 1 July.

Elena specialises in advising on all tax matters relating to asset management. She has particular expertise relating to the structuring and operation of investment funds including private equity funds, debt funds, infrastructure funds and real estate funds.

Her recent roles have included advising the Pensions Infrastructure Platform on the formation of the PiP Multi-Strategy Infrastructure Fund and SV Life Sciences on the formation of the Dementia Discovery Fund.

Kathleen Russ leads the tax team.
