Richard Collier-Keywood (46) is head of tax and a member of the current management board. He was admitted as a partner in 1992. Richard is a barrister and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has specialised in tax since 1984.

As part of her portfolio, she will oversee all corporate finance and accounting functions, including corporate controllership, investor relations, tax, treasury and transaction services. Kamerick replaces Judy Ethell and will report directly to CEO, Ed Harbach.
