New Tax Partners and Principals at EY USA: Martin Williams, Robert Zalucki, Dante DeWitt and Chuck Beel

Martin Williams joins the Ernst & Young LLP Transaction Tax practice in New York as a partner. He comes to EY from Alvarez & Marsal Taxand where he was a managing director of M&A Tax for the past 10 years. Prior to joining A&M, Williams was with the Mergers and Acquisitions tax practice of PwC. He had also worked in Deloitte’s banking and securities tax practice and spent several years with the financial services audit practice of KPMG.

Robert Zalucki moves from EY West Africa (Lagos) to the US National Tax Department of EY as an executive director in Connecticut for the Global Compliance & Reporting practice. He had been a tax partner in Nigeria since 2014. Robert spent 22 of his 32-year career with General Electric Co as global tax director for GE Aviation and executive tax director for GE International.  Before joining GE, Robert was in private tax legal practice with Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault in Boston.

Chuck Beel joins Ernst & Young LLP in New York as a tax partner in Global Compliance and Reporting. He has more than 30 years of experience serving US and offshore real estate clients. Chuck’s work is focused on the global coordination of asset acquisitions and dispositions, as well as compliance with federal, state, local and foreign tax reporting requirements.

Dante DeWitt joins the National Tax Department of Ernst & Young LLP as a principal located in Chicago responsible for tax technology. He comes from Gravitas where he was the global head of technology. He has worked as a lead technology and information officer since 1995, primarily for financial services companies such as Wells Fargo Bank, BMO Harris, Bank of America, Hambrecht & Quist, and JPMorgan.
