A fully qualified chartered accountant and chartered tax adviser, Andrew has worked in Bristol since 2008 after transferring from the firm’s Birmingham office. He also has a particular expertise in advising private equity-backed businesses, and structuring share schemes in a tax efficient way for clients across the south west.

James Morris, who is based at the firm’s office in Preston, joined RSM in 2014 after 11 years at KPMG in Manchester and specialises in working with entrepreneurial businesses, M&A and international tax issues to clients across the North West, nationally and globally.

With over 25 years’ experience working at HMRC and then for other advisory firms before joining RSM in 2012, he specialises in supporting middle market businesses particularly within the property and financial services sectors.

Tina Mullington has been part of the firm’s office in Stoke since 2002 and specialises in tax advisory assignments covering a range of tax issues, including transactional work. She heads up the private client team and delivers effective tax planning and personal tax advice for a range of high-net worth individuals and families across Staffordshire and South Cheshire.

Jim Meakin, Head of RSM’s Tax practice said: ‘All four appointments are a real boost to our tax practice. Andrew, James, John and Tina are widely respected by their colleagues and their clients, and I am delighted they will be joining the senior team.’
