Head of Property Tax at EC Harris resigns to join PKF Cooper Parry

Jeremy Chapman has joined PKF CooperParry in the East Midlands as Head of Capital Allowances.

He joins from EC Harris in London, where he has led the property tax team for over 11 years. This is a relocation home for Jeremy, who grew up in Leicester and trained with KPMG in the Midlands.

His new role will involve leading the Capital Allowances and Land Remediation Relief delivery within PKF Cooper Parry, providing support to clients and multipliers to maximise the tax relief available on property. This includes owner managed businesses, property investors, inward investors and listed companies.

Commenting on his appointment, Jeremy said :

“In the next five years my goal is to help cement PKF Cooper Parry as the number one accountancy firm in the Midlands and to enhance the tax team’s offering, boosting our client base and providing first rate services for each and every client.”

He joins the Firm as it proposes a merger with Birmingham based Clement Keys.
