Natacha Kolb joins Sideman & Bancroft as Tax Partner in San Francisco

Sideman & Bancroft has announced that Natacha Kolb has joined the firm as a partner in the Estate Planning and Tax groups.

Ms. Kolb specializes in representing high-net-worth families and individuals in estate planning and administration, business succession planning and philanthropic planning. She also advises non-profit and charitable clients and assists tax-exempt organizations with incorporating and obtaining exemptions from taxation.

Prior to joining Sideman & Bancroft, Ms. Kolb was a director at Dickenson Peatman & Fogarty in Napa. She has also previously worked in the estate planning groups at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Cooley LLP.

Ms. Kolb earned her maitrise and DEA from the University of Paris, Pantheon-Sorbonne, and received a LL.M. with a concentration in taxation from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
