Bober Markey Fedorovich promotes tax partner, Tod Wagner, to Managing Partner of Cleveland office
Bober Markey Fedorovich, a Top 20 Northeast Ohio CPA firm, has announced a few leadership promotions at the firm this month. These include Tod Wagner, who has been named Managing Partner of BMF’s Cleveland Office
Wagner joined BMF as part of last year’s merger with Cleveland-based firm Libman, Goldstine, Kopperman & Wolf.
In this new role, Wagner will work closely with Fedorovich, focusing on continued growth and expansion of the Cleveland office. Wagner has served as a tax partner in the Cleveland office, and brings more than 20 years of experience to middle market businesses and their owners. Along with his broad background in corporate and individual tax planning, Wagner has extensive expertise with mergers and acquisitions, having created tremendous tax savings for clients through innovative transaction structures and negotiation of attractive deal terms.
In transitioning the leadership of Cleveland office operations, finances, processes and personnel matters, Wagner will continue to work strategically alongside Keith Libman and Alan Goldstine, who will remain engaged in their client service roles and active in promoting the growth of the firm.
Wagner started his career in tax with Arthur Andersen, where he worked for 8 years, after graduating from Miami University.
