PwC Midlands promotes 3 new tax partners

PwC in the Midlands has strengthened its senior regional team, with six new partners and 14 new directors.

The new tax partners in the Midlands are Andrew Taylor, Nick Hatton and Will Dowsett.

Mr Taylor leads the Midlands VCT practice and works alongside clients to evaluate, design and implement operationally and tax efficient business models. He joined PwC as a graduate and has over 15 years’ experience advising and working with multinational groups.

Nick Hatton joined PwC in 2008 and, after spending time in Manchester and London, now leads the Midlands tax M&A team. He has 16 years’ experience and specialises in advising Private Equity funds, Infrastructure funds and acquisitive corporate clients and individuals.

Will Dowsett leads PwC’s private client practice in the Midlands. He is also a chartered tax adviser and has over 15 years’ private client experience, working with a broad range of entrepreneurs and wealthy families in the Midlands. He advises high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs on how they can acheive the optimum structure for their business interests and investments, as well as how they plan for future succession.
