Menzies has promoted Stephen Hemmings to tax partner. Stephen is based in the London office.

Stephen joined Menzies in 2013 as a Tax Director. His experience includes restructuring, vendor and purchaser due diligence on acquisitions, disposal/acquisition advice and compliance. Specialisms include property, infrastructure and public sector bodies.

Stephen started his career in audit with MacyIntre Hudson in 2002. He joined KPMG to specialise in tax in 2005, after qualifying as an ACA. He progressed to Senior Tax Manager with KPMG before deciding to join Menzies.
