Yom-Tov Abadi promoted to tax partner at Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv office

Pearl Cohen, an international law firm with offices in the United States, Israel and the United Kingdom, has elected nine new partners, bringing the firm’s worldwide partnership to 52.

Effective January 1, Yom-Tov Abadi has been made a tax partner.

Yom-Tov Abadi established and heads the Tax Group in Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv office. He joined the firm in July 2014.

Formerly a senior tax manager with Deloitte Israel, Yom-Tov has extensive experience representing and advising individuals and private and public companies in matters of strategic tax planning; corporate organization; business efficiency; restructuring transactions; mergers and acquisitions; VAT, real estate taxation and pension taxation.
