Grant Thornton promotes Allister Weir to tax partner

Allister Weir has been made a partner at Grant Thornton. He is based in the Bristol office but will lead the South West corporate tax advisory and compliance practice.

Allister trained with EY and left after 10 years to work in house with Tui Travel, where he lead the international tax team. He returned to EY as a Tax Director in 2011 before moving out of London to join Grant Thornton in Jan 2013.
