Shane Wallace resigns from Deloitte Ireland to join William Fry as Tax Partner

Shane Wallace has joined William Fry in Ireland as a Tax Partner, with effect from May 2014.

Mr Wallace trained as a solicitor with Eugene F Collins and has spent the last 10 years with Deloitte Ireland, leaving as Tax Director. His experience is focused on international tax, advising clients across a broad range of industry sectors. He has significant expertise in the area of Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Restructurings and Intellectual Property.
