Michael Holt resigns from BDO to become VP Tax at GoDaddy.com

Michael Holt joined GoDaddy.com in June as VP Tax.

Mr Holt has been a tax partner at BDO for the past 3 years and prior to this was Global Director, Tax Accounting Automation at Jefferson Wells. He was educated at Brigham Young University.

His appointment follows that of the new CFO for GoDaddy, Scott Wagner, in May 2013.
