Cezary Przygodzki has been promoted to tax partner at Salans.

Cezary is a member of Salans’ Global Tax Practice Group in the Warsaw office. He is a licensed tax adviser specialising in tax planning and implementing Polish and international tax structures, tax optimisation and tax structuring of M&A transactions. He also works on transaction support and assistance with foreign investments in Poland, including tax incentives in special economic zones. He advises multinational corporations, investment funds and entrepreneurs in all relevant aspects of taxation.

Cezary has also acted as a tax expert to the Polish Parliament and is a member of the executive board of the Warsaw Branch of the Polish Tax Advisors Bar.
