[private]Nick Foster-Taylor, a transfer pricing expert has joined CMS Cameron McKenna LLP as Head of Transfer Pricing, with effect from Monday 7th December 2009. Although not a lawyer, he will advise alongside the firm’s corporate tax team.
Nick has some 18 years experience in the field of transfer pricing, originally at KPMG and a Managing Director at Duff & Phelps. Most recently he was Managing Partner at Kelsham Global, a multi-national transfer pricing boutique.

The tax team at CMS Cameron McKenna has a global perspective on tax, understanding different regimes across Western and Central Eastern Europe, where the firm has an extensive footprint.
