Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP is pleased to announce that a tax group, led by [private]Rémi Dhonneur, has joined the Paris office.

Along with Mr. Dhonneur, the team includes Philippe Mauduit, Vincent Lazimi, Dorothée Chambon. Prior to joining Kramer Levin, they practiced in the Paris firm of DLF Avocats.

Kramer Levin’s Paris office advises French and international clientele including private and public companies, financial institutions, investors, real estate-related businesses and insurers/reinsurers. In addition to providing a full range of advisory and transactional services, the firm represents its clients before the French and U.S. courts, as well as in mediation or domestic and international arbitration.
Mr. Dhonneur joins as a partner. He received degrees in law and tax law from the University of Paris XI – Sceaux (including a DESS de Fiscalité Internationale, 1991) and Paris I – Sorbonne (DESS de Fiscalité des Affaires, 1991).

Mr. Mauduit joins as Counsel. He received degrees in law and tax law from the University of Paris XI – Sceaux (including a DESS de Fiscalité Internationale, 1991).

Mr. Lazimi joins as an associate. He received degrees in law and tax law from the University of Paris II – Assas (Maîtrise Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité, 1995) and the University of Paris Dauphine (DESS Fiscalité des Entreprises, 2000; and in 2004 a Doctorat de Droit).

Ms. Chambon joins as an associate. She received degrees in law and tax law from the University of Toulouse (Master I Droit et Fiscalité Maîtrise Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité, 2003) and the University of Paris I – Sorbonne (Master I Droit Fiscal, 2004).

Also joining the firm is Benjamin Malo. Mr. Malo received the degrees of Master I Fiscalité – Spécialisation Fiscalité from the University of Lyon (2006) and Master I Fiscalité de l’Entreprise from the University of Paris Dauphine (2007).
