Daniel L. Kesten Joins Davis & Gilbert’s Expanding Private Client Services Practice Group

Davis & Gilbert LLP, the world’s number one marketing communications law firm, announced that Daniel L. Kesten has joined the firm as Partner in the Private Client Services Practice.
Mr. Kesten concentrates his trusts and estates practice on[private] helping clients preserve and create wealth by mitigating income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes. In addition to conventional estate planning approaches involving credit shelter planning and irrevocable life insurance trusts, Mr. Kesten counsels high net worth individuals on the structuring and implementation of “estate freeze” transactions which create long-term estate tax solutions for their families. He utilizes grantor trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, charitable lead and charitable remainder trusts, and grantor retained annuity trusts. In addition to his extensive experience in sophisticated estate planning, Mr. Kesten has a broad range of experience in estate administration, and in trust and estate litigation before the Surrogate’s Court. Prior to joining Davis & Gilbert, Mr. Kesten was a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig LLP.
