Janne Juusela has been invited to join the partnership at Attorneys at Law Borenius & Kemppinen Ltd.
Janne Juusela heads the Tax practice at B&K. He advises on Finnish and international taxation matters, both personal and corporate. Juusela specialises in tax matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and financing. He also has extensive experience in dealing with taxation matters under Community legislation.
Juusela has authored several books on tax law and had numerous articles published in Finnish and international tax law journals. He is also a regular lecturer at tax seminars. Juusela sits on the Board of the Finnish chapter of IFA and serves as adjunct professor in tax law at the University of Helsinki.
