New Transfer Pricing MD for Duff & Phelps in UK
Duff & Phelps, a leading provider of independent financial advisory services, has announced that Nick Foster- Taylor has joined the firm’s transfer pricing practice as Managing Director. Mr. Foster-Taylor will be based out of the London office. Mr. Foster-Taylor brings more than 16 years of experience in transfer pricing, tax and business restructuring to Duff & Phelps’ global transfer pricing team.
Mr. Foster-Taylor joins Duff & Phelps from LECG Ltd., where he led the London transfer pricing practice, with responsibility for transfer pricing compliance and consultancy for U.K., European and U.S. multinationals and financial institutions. While at LECG Ltd., Mr. Foster-Taylor was also responsible for the initiation and management of projects involving cross- border pricing in Europe, Asia, Asia-Pacific and the Americas. Previously, Mr. Foster-Taylor was the Head of Global Transfer Pricing at Reuters Group plc. During his career he has held both advisory and commercial positions, thus providing him with unique insight as to how transfer pricing and tax issues affect the operations and structure of a business. Mr. Foster-Taylor read accountancy at Exeter University and has received the ATII tax qualification.
